Managed investment account terms

APEX-YIELD provides managed investment accounts and holds or controls funds deposited into those accounts. The APEX-YIELD team manages associated trading activity. Investment involves risk, including possible loss of capital; returns are not guaranteed. Account activity: Deposits, balances, earnings, withdrawals, and trading-related account activity are recorded in your account. APEX-YIELD manages the trading activity associated with this service; customers do not need to place individual market trades. Market data comes from the configured provider and is shown as unavailable when the provider cannot supply it. Personal information: Account information is stored to operate account, security, and review workflows. KYC is optional and does not affect account functionality. Withdrawal destinations are encrypted at rest. Identity details and an optional selfie are available only to the account owner and authorized administrators. Do not submit information that is not needed for your account. Access and recovery: Password recovery and support messages are sent by email when the mail service is configured. If you cannot access your account, use the contact page. Administrators should use their privately provisioned credentials and keep the administrator security PIN confidential.
